pistachio crust for lamb chops
3 pounds pistachio nuts, lightly toasted
1 pint peanut butter
1 pint whole grain mustard
1 pint heavy cream
salt
pepper
pulse the pistachios in food processor until chopped fine. mix all ingredients in
bowl until it forms a paste. Remember amounts are for a caterer - reduce accordingly.
